As a CHS volunteer, you will be giving back to the community, while gaining a unique understanding about rescued animals. You will meet new friends and make new connections in the local area. Plus, we often employ from our committed volunteer pool.
We currently have opportunities in our Dog Spot, Cat Castle and Animal Clinic. You will gain hands-on experience, helping rescued animals become adopted to a new forever home!
You should be at least 16 years old, Very caring and yet calm and assertive around animals of all shapes, sizes and temperaments. Confident and courteous with people from all backgrounds. And the ability to work independantly.
