We are always looking for more volunteers for the Kid’s Place! Children come to us during times of family emergencies, shelter, or for scheduled weekly care. The children who come for scheduled weekly care come at the same time each week for 2 hours, so you will have the opportunity to get to know them very well, while helping them with their own goals.
As a Kid’s Place volunteer, you will get to do many activities with the children, including yoga, dancing, sensory activities, art journals, etc.
All volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and must clear a Background Clearance Investigation.
