Mission: We aim to provide kids of cache valley & surrounding areas who have been placed in Foster Care, shelter and other traumatic situations or who have been hospitilized by providing them with a little comfort in a bag or whatever needs deemed nessesary. The comfort kits will be given to the Department of Family services so they can give them to each child as they transition into Foster Care.
In each bag we are including a book, fleece blanket, a plush animal, socks, toothbrush/paste, & a busy item like crayon’s & a coloring book or matchbox cars, etc. In the older kids bags we also include a full hygiene kit. Little Lambs has many service opportunities. We are looking for people to set up item drives at their workplace or neighborhoods, make blankets, tote bags & baby items.. Etc.
